I also wanted to add that it’s the beauty of internet plus human. Someone find the solution and think with himself that it would be nice to ease the pain of others too and internet give him the right tool to do this.
I also send the SE site what problem they caused. Please you guys do the same

Thanks a lot. I downloaded the pc suit from their own site I wonder how come it could cause such an error. For your information I didn’t have this problem when I was installing this from the original CD that was with my phone.

While this ‘fix’ appears to solve the problem with the CAPI_Worker it unfortunatley diables the origional port configuration and this is now unable to function. With out knowing the origional perameters the port cannot be reset and is now unusable and could create more problems worse than the CAPI_Worker fault flashing on screen.
